Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of your order date, we will gladly accept returns. All refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 20% (unless otherwise specified).
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
All returns must have prior authorization before they are accepted. Contact us at alaskaleatherandsheepskin@gmail.com for approval and return instructions.
It is the purchasers responsibility to package returns properly. All returned products will be inspected before any refunds are issued.
Orders that have been returned, but are incomplete or damaged (missing strap, stains, tears/holes, etc) and are not in like-new condition will be subject to additional fees.
We are not responsible for lost returns. A tracking number for your return is highly recommended.
Refunds are generally issued within 3-5 business days of us receiving all returned items. Banks may require additional business days to fully process the refunded amount.
Alaska Leather will not refund custom orders. Discounted products are nonrefundable. Pet related products are nonrefundable. Insoles are nonrefundable. We will not accept returns without prior authorization. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of purchase date.
